We’re so glad you found us at Vallee Farm in Northern Vermont, where we make Pure Maple Syrup for you, your family and friends to enjoy. We hope you will be visiting us often to place your maple syrup orders, and to learn more about the maple sugaring process. When we’re not busy at the family sugar house making Vermont pure maple syrup, we’ll be filling you in on how things are made, recipes, season stats, maple ongoings and more.
For example, a fact you might find interesting is that the 2017 maple syrup production for the United States (source: usda.gov) came in at 4.27 million gallons – and Vermont made 1.98 million gallons of this total. That’s a lot of maple syrup - and a lot of pancakes!
Though we only make a fraction of this amount, we are extremely pleased to be able to share our authentic Vermont pure maple syrup with you. We’re passionate about producing high quality Vermont maple syrup - and delivering the sweet stuff right to your door.
